Seed & Fertilizers

Terms:

Our Standard terms are Net 30 Days with a 1 1/2 % per month finance charge for overdue accounts.  As in any agricultural commodity market, prices are subject to change without notice.  Ordinarily, our price quotes are good for two weeks.  If more time is needed we are often able to extend the option at our customer's request.  We will refund your purchase price if the seed we ship does not conform to the analysis tag.

Warranty:

LeBallister's warrants to the extent of the purchase price that seeds we sell are as described on the container within recognized tolerances.  Our liability or otherwise is limited in amount to the purchase price of the seed.  We make no further warranty, expressed or implied.  Seed not accepted under these terms and conditions must be returned within 14 days in original unopened containers and the purchase price will be refunded.  Custom mixes may not be returned.
